I was born in 1975 in Aschaffenburg, Germany. For almost 30 years now, Graffiti has played an important role in my life. I started sneaking around with spray cans in 1989, and I am still on fire today. I had the opportunity to convert my passion for Graffiti and sneakers into a daily business. Together with Jörn Stiller, I founded the company Publikat in 1999. Starting with the Graffiti magazine Stylefile, we expanded to an e-commerce business, selling streetwear, sneakers and art supplies. Next to this, we published more than 100 books and magazines about urban art up to now, which we distributed very successfully worldwide. Publikat has now more than 300+ employees. In spring 2018, I resigned from my job as CEO of Publikat in order to direct my focus to other things in life that are important to me. Next to Graff, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring the world, discovering secret places. For a few years now, a DSLR is also a good friend of mine and always next to me.
